Cell C28 (ENG-2592). An about:blank iframe whose document the parent writes. Brave gives an empty, invalid or about:blank frame URL its security origin, the parent's (cosmetic_filters_js_render_frame_observer.cc:83-90), so the force-tier custom filter test-adblock.com##.eng2592-about-blank applies inside it: expected hidden. The same element in this page is the control.
Expectations are Brave's verdicts, stated in pages/cosmetic-fixtures.json (ENG-2592); until Brave is measured they are hypotheses. The status line mirrors the Standard expectation.
