Cell F15 (ENG-2592). CNAME uncloaking (N30). cloaked.test-adblock.org is a DNS-only CNAME to cname-target.test-adblock.com, a Worker custom domain in the other zone (ENG-2630 record plan); the force rule names only the target. Brave re-checks the request with the canonical name (third-party, not skipped in Standard) and blocks; ours has no uncloaking (ENG-2631) and allows. Needs the DNS record; until it exists the cloaked row is unobserved.
